Attention

• Wherever "online" is mentioned in the programme, the course is held exclusively remotely for our students, outside Thessaloniki.
• Where it is mentioned in the programme "In person" it means that the courses are held in physical presence, at the Confucius Institute, 32, Vasileos Herakliou Street, near Aristotelous Square, on the 8th floor.
• The face-to-face classes are carried out, if conditions permit, according to the instructions of the AUTH and all protective measures are observed.
• The Confucius Institute reserves the right to change the programme if necessary, by informing the students.
• The selection of students is based on the date of completion of the online application and the date of completion of the tuition fees. Priority will be given.
• Within a reasonable period of time after the request is submitted, an information message is sent on whether the request has been accepted. The information message will include all information on how to complete the registration/payment (account number etc.).
• The registration is completed with the immediate one-time payment of the amount of the tuition fees due and the sending as a PDF file (only) of the bank transaction receipt, to the mail of the IC. Also, for your convenience and proper filing, please make sure that the name of the file is in Latin the full name of the student (and not the name of the co-beneficiary) with the indication 99512 (e.g. eponimo_onoma_99512)
• In case the tuition fees are not paid, the position becomes available to the next interested person based on the order of application submission.
• Refunds are only possible for the first 10 days after the start of the course. For the refund you must follow the instructions given to you, after written communication with the IC Secretariat.
• Please check your spam folder regularly.
