What is HSK and HSKK?

The Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) is an internationally normed test of Chinese language proficiency that assesses the ability of non-native speakers to use Chinese in their daily, academic and professional lives. The HSK consists of six levels, namely HSK (level I), HSK (level II), HSK (level III), HSK (level IV), HSK (level V) and HSK (level VI). However, for the time being, only HSK 1, HSK 2, HSK 3 and HSK 4 will be conducted at the Chinese Language Centre of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

The HSK Speaking Test (HSKK) assesses the candidates' speaking ability in Chinese. The HSKK consists of three levels, HSKK (Basic Level), HSKK (Intermediate Level) and HSKK (Advanced Level). HSKK is conducted in the form of a recording. However, for the time being, only HSKK Basic and HSKK Intermediate will be conducted at the Chinese Language Centre of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
